Please make appropriate arrangements to ensure your child is either picked up at school at that time or any necessary childcare is arranged for their arrival home via bus shortly after that release time. ONE LAST REMINDER: It's Election Day, Beaver Nation. Please be sure to vote, and if you're looking for any information about Beaverton Schools' operating millage renewal request, head on over to www.beavertonschools.net/millage. #VOTE

Dear Beaverton Schools family:
TOMORROW, Nov. 7, Beaverton Schools is on the ballot. The proposal does not represent a new tax, but rather the renewal of the district’s existing operational millage. The millage does not apply to taxpayers who live in their primary residence, and passage won’t cost you a dime more than you already pay. This non-homestead operating millage is a standard renewal that every public school district in the state must request every few years.
For more information on the millage and its impact, along with how and where to vote, go to beavertonschools.net/millage, and please plan to vote TOMORROW.
