1. Friday’s schedule will be 5 th , 6 th and 7 th hours for the half day of school. AM CTE student

2. Any students interested in hearing more about dual enrollment or early college are
encouraged to attend the informational meeting today during WIN. Parents can also
attend in person or choose to watch an informational video later. Please see Mrs. Phillips

3. Seniors April 11 th is the only day for Cap & Gown Pictures. No Retake date will be set.
4. The band room will be open Thursday (3/24) until 5 pm for band/choir members needing
makeup work/time.

as you are done or at the end of the day. We have 4 chargers that need to be returned to

Beaverton and Gladwin students met on Friday at the Beaverton Activity Center as part of Gladwin County Youth Leadership. They had a tour of the facility and learned about economic development in local communities.
What a great night of entertainment last evening at the Beaverton Jr/Sr High School Madrical. All of the students who participated in the dinner theater event did an excellent job. It was very entertaining. Thank you to Mrs. Kintner and all the volunteers who made this event a success. One last performance tonight at 6pm at the BAC.
Mrs. Sprague’s anatomy class just finished up an intense unit in blood and the cardiovascular system. It included learning CPR, dissecting pig hearts, a guest from EMS on heart attacks and finally a guest from Versiti for blood donation 101! We learned a lot!

1. HIGH SCHOOL SPRING PRACTICES: High School Baseball, Softball and Track practices will
begin on Monday, March 14th. In order to practice on Monday, the 14th, spring student-
athletes must have a physical on file with the office to get their green card during the day
to present to their coach at the first practice.
2. DUAL SPORT SPRING STUDENT-ATHLETES: If a high school student is planning on playing 2
spring sports this year, please talk with Ms. Johnston to complete the process.
3. Attention Seniors: The local scholarship application deadline is today! Be sure to complete
your application ASAP!!!
4. The FED scholarship deadline is March 11th. There are 2, $2,000 scholarships available!

your items. Anything that is left will be donated to the mission.
2. Any 7th or 8th grade girl who would like to play club softball please sign up in the office
this week. This league is separate from little league and will run 6 weeks after spring
break. All questions can be directed to Kara Pahl
3. Spring Sports practices start Monday, March 14 th . Must have a Physical before practice
starts. Hitting Barn will be open Wednesday afterschool and on Saturday at 10:30 am.
4. Girls Bowling Team and Seth Onweller are dismissed at 2:50 today to meet by the weight
room for the tunnel.
