1. The Beaverton Memorial Day Parade is Monday, May 30th @ 1:30 pm. Bands (7-12),
Color guard and Choir meet in the band room at NOON on Monday. A bus will take us to
the lineup. The parade route runs east on Brown Street to north M-18 to Ross Lake Park
where a short Ceremony.
2. This Friday, May 27 th during WIN times: Male Students will report directly to the library at
the beginning of WIN Class to listen to guest speakers.
3. Next Tuesday, May 31st during WIN times: Female students will report directly to the
library during WIN class to listen to guest speakers.

Events Results: The track team was at the JPC championship on Tuesday. Top finishers were:
Noah Coffey 1st in the 100 and long jump and 3rd in the high jump, William Warner 5th in pole
vault, and Taylor McCormack 4th in long jump. The boys team placed 6th overall and the girls

Senior Graduation Announcements and Reminders:
Seniors, don’t forget, exams for 5th, 6th & 7th hours are on Monday, May 23rd. Exams for hours 1, 2 & 3 are on Tuesday, May 24th. Seniors are released at 11:35am.
Graduation practice is Wednesday, May 25th, @ 12:30pm. Every student walking must attend graduation practice and be on time. Make sure to wear your cap and gown to practice. We will be walking through the elementary school after practice. Wednesday evening @ 6pm is baccalaureate and at 7pm is honors night. Both events are open to everyone to attend.
Thursday night at 7pm is graduation. Students must meet in the cafeteria no later than 6:30pm for line up.
Lastly, I would like to announce that the school does not allow any type of senior camp out, senior pranks, senior barbeque or other associated activities that are not school sponsored.. Students who participate in any disruptive or destructive activities run the risk of not walking at graduation.

1. The Office needs to have all loaner chargers returned to the office this morning. You should be
gathering up your chromebook, bags and chargers to have them ready to be turned in at the end
of the year.
2. Senior’s do get to keep their chromebooks, bags and chargers. You should have received
instructions on how to reset the chromebook to be used after you graduate. Wait to reset
chrome book after you have saved what you need and after your graduation day.
3. Mrs. Gerow's 6th hour class will be meeting in the classroom today.
4. The Forensics Team is having a Forensics Celebration Friday, May 20th 2022 at 6:30pm in the
Library. Bring an ear & a sweet tooth! The team members will be performing their pieces from
this season and desserts will be provided!

Events Results: The track team traveled to Charlevoix for Regional competition on Thursday.
Noah Coffey qualified for the State meet in 3 events, winning the 100, 400, and the long jump.
He also took 5th place in the high jump. Taylor McCormack also qualified for state in the long
jump, placing 2nd. She also took 8th in the 100 and 200. William Warner was 7th in the pole
vault. Tessa Wohlschlegel was 7th in the 1600 and 6th in the 3200. Celina Demirdal was 7th in
the long jump. And the girls 4x400 relay of McCormack, Karley Fischer, Demirdal and Faith
Danielak were 4th!
Varsity Softball Lost 4-2 and 5-3 to Clare.

Coughlin's room. There are three buses going, so you can choose which bus you would like to be
on. Stop by between classes to make your selection. First come first serve. If you do not sign up
by the end of this week your bus will be chosen for you.
3. Middle School Track Athletes: Report to WIN for Attendance, then go to Mrs. Hubbles room for a
meeting.
