4. It's Pizza Pizza Time. The Music Dept (and volunteers from the Class of 2023) are in week 3 of
their Virtual Little Caesar Pizza Kit sale. Students set up accounts and can share ordering codes
with family and friends. No more door to door sales and out of town/state orders are accepted!

5. Madrigal Cast Member, No practice tonight. Memorize your lines over spring break. Practice will

6. 2020-2021 Yearbook orders will be taken beginning tomorrow in front of the Media Center
during lunch. The cost is $40.00.
7. We need more girls and boys for track. 7-12th. If you want to get fit for summer or stay in
shape for fall sports, track is a great way to do that. Come join us at 3:30. We would love to

Everything needs to be put away, chairs and stands stacked, instruments in closed cabinets -

2. Softball practice starts today at 3:30. This is for 9-12 th girls. Meet at the hitting barn to start.
3. Middle school track practice today after school until 5pm. Please arrange for a ride home.
4. Baseball practice starts today from 5-7, meet at the hitting barn.

9. Congratulations to Logan Mathews, Becca Claypool, and Emma Govitz for placing at the
Michigan Business Professionals of America State Leadership Conference (held virtually this
year). All three advance to NATIONALS. Logan Mathews: 1st Advanced Accounting, 4th Payroll
Accounting, Bronze Financial Math. Becca Claypool: 1st Fundamental Word Processing. Emma
Govitz: 4th Intermediate Word Processing.

Event Results: Girls Basketball won against Gladwin 61- 20. They finished 13-1 with a JPC
Championship and we keep the Cedar Cup Trophy.
Bowling results: Becca Claypool finished in 2 nd place at MHSAA Regional Bowling Tournament, she
advances to State Finals.
Xander Dell placed 2 nd place in the MHSAA Regional Bowling Tournament and he also qualified to
State Finals.
Wrestling results: Seth Onweller Placed 4 th , Garrett Muma placed 2 nd , Hunter Schaefer placed 2 nd , and
Jake Fischer placed 2 nd in districts and all qualify for MHSAA Individual Regionals.
Makenzy Schaefer finished 6 th at the girl’s state wrestling tournament.

Congratulations to these three young ladies for placing at the Michigan Business Professionals of America State Leadership Conference. It was held virtually this year. All three advance to Nationals Logan Matthews: 1st in Advanced Accounting, 4th in Payroll Accounting and a bronze in Financial Math. Becca Claypool: 1st in Fundamental Word Processing. Emma Govitz: 4th in Intermediate Word Processing.

Girls Basketball beats Gladwin 61-20 to win the JACK PINE CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIP with a 13-1 record. Girls also keep the Cedar Cup Trophy by beating rival Gladwin. WE ARE PROUD OF YOU!
The girls play the winner of Pinconning and Beal City on Wednesday at 7:00 in Harrison for the MHSAA District.

need to make sure to get your green card from the main office by the end of the day on
Monday so you're allowed to participate in Monday's practice. In order to get your green card,
you must have a physical or the health questionnaire on file.
2. TRACK ATHLETES: For the first week of practice next week, we ask that you change for practice
in the bathrooms in the hallways due to winter sports still taking place and events taking place
at the school. Please take your belongings with you to your meeting area, which is the
cafeteria. Thank you and this will only be for the first week of practice.

7th grade boys basketball team finished out their season getting a defensive stop on the last possession of the game, sealing 32-31 win. Landon Love scored 18 pts, while Riley cross and Eric Larsen led the team defensively. The Beavers finish the season 6-1. Great Job Boys!
8th Grade Boys beat Clare last night 58-54. Wyatt Bordeau had 39 pts, Blake Calhoun 10 pts, Caiden Loar 3 pts & 8 assists.

Girls host Gladwin on Friday for a 6:00 varsity tip on parent night. Team will be presented with the trophy after Friday’s game.
Wrestling loses to St.Louis in Team Districts, Jake Fischer and Hunter Schaefer with pins. Wrestling competes in the MHSAA Individual District in New Lothrop on Saturday at 9:30 am. Parents will be emailed ticket codes tomorrow.
